Galtak Houseware believes that it is a disgrace to sell customer lists to other companies. To make sure customers feel secure to shop at our site, we take all precaution to safe guard information trusted to our company. We do not lend or sell your information to any company for any marketing and promotional purposes. We do not collect or analyze information on our site visitors nor do we keep our database on line. We retrieve our orders from our web server very frequently, and once we have taken them off the server, they stay off the server. Since our database is NOT connecting to the web, your personal information therefore is not accessible to any third party at all.
Galtak Houseware make every effort to provide a better service that customer will receive the merchandise in good condition. However, although rarely, we realize sometimes customers receive products that are defective, damaged or wrong item. However, we regret that no merchandise may be returned without out a Return Authorization Number.
Please examine the products immediately upon receipt. All damaged claims must be initiated within 48 hours. Please contact us at our toll free 1-866-886-3811 or email to email@example.com so that we can contact the carrier immediately. After we receive the confirmation of the claim from the carrier, we will either send you a replacement or a refund. Some carrier offer a very short claim period. Therefore the earliest of reporting is the most preferred. Please keep the merchandise, the packaging and the materials. Once the claim from the carrier is confirmed, they will inform you of the handling of the damaged merchandise.
If an item is defective, please contact us at 1-866-886-3811 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery. For electric appliances, manufacturers differ in defective product policies. Galtak will handle the defective product according to the manufacturer's warranty policies. Other products, we will replace it promptly. Return Authorization Number will be send to you by email accordingly.
Wrong Item :
If you received wrong merchandise, please contact us at 1-866-886-3811 or email to email@example.com, we will send you the return instructions and the Return Authorization Number for the wrong item. The replacement item will send out as soon as we receive the returned wrong item.
To return a merchandise
Galtak will accept returns only on merchandise in new, unused and untested condition, with the original box/packaging, all accessories and paper work within 2 weeks of delivery. Please contact us at 1-866-886-3811 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will send you the Return Authorization Number. After we have received and inspected the product, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. 10% restocking charges will apply to all returned merchandise. Free shipping will no longer available if the order is less than $100 after the merchandise is returned. Shipping charges will deducted from the refund. No refund will be given for merchandise that cannot be sold as new.
Please note that this order might be shipped from multiple warehouses and therefore arrive in separate packages.
