The advantages of thermal cooking
The thermal cooker is a new concept
cooking utensil which consists of two containers, one inner pot (for direct
heating) and vacuum cooker (for heat preserved cooking ).
The thermal cooker works the same
as vacuum flasks. The vacuum layer confines the heat absorbed by the food to
the container. Therefore, after a short boiling period, the food can
automatically continue cooking itself using the heat preserved inside. The
thermal cooker gives you delicious dishes using time saving and fuel saving
methods.
Comparing with traditional cooking
methods, thermal cooking achieves better results, such as:
1) Ingredients keep their shapes
2) Soup are clearer.
3) Food hardly over cooked.
4) Preserves the taste of food.
5) Seasoning can be absorbed
better.
6) Less lost of water.
7) Much more nutrients can be
retained.
8) Energy saving
9) Safer processing.
10) Catering time can be more
flexible.
Due to shorter real heating time
used, the food inside can hardly be over cooked - seen the food keeps
cooking itself automatically using the heat accumulated inside, no long
attention to heating is needed as in traditional cooking method |
