  The oxygenated aerobic exerciser ( Chi Machine ) is an electrical exercise with compact design.  It works out your lower body from spine, waist, thigh, feet to tip toes with a low-impact swinging motion.  This motion resembles fish swimming.  From this exercise, you could supplement the intake of oxygen and reinforce the spinal cord alignment.  Also, it relaxes your nerves by providing light stimulation to your spine, thighs, legs, feet and toes.  It has been proven that using the oxygenated aerobic exerciser ( Chi Machine ) for only 15 minutes has the same level of energy consumption of walking 10,000 steps

Instructions :  1) Lie on your back and place your ankles on the foot-rest of the machine.
